- GENERAL QUESTIONS -

• Commercial use refers to using an illustration to make money. This includes things like selling it on an online shop or using it to create products to sell. It also includes promoting it on platforms like YouTube or Twitch or using it in a game. Basically, commercial use means using the illustration to make a profit. 

• Personal use includes sharing artwork on non-profit or social websites, using it as a profile picture, using it as a phone/computer wallpaper, or using it as a single print to decorate a room, etc. Simply, there is no profit.

• For commercial commission requests and selling the commercial rights of my existing work, I offer two options:

1. Regular shops and base price: For regular or lower-income shops, I sell my art at a fixed base price. I take this approach because these shops may not have the financial capacity for collaboration-based agreements, and I do not sell my art for less than a certain dedicated amount. This simple selling model, where the price is set, makes it easier for both the shop and the artist to manage transactions without complex collaboration contracts.
2. High-income shops and collaboration contracts: On the other hand, with high-income shops, I prefer collaboration contracts. This means that in shops with a better financial standing, I'm open to collaborating on sales through contracts. These contracts may include terms such as profit sharing, exclusivity agreements, or customized arrangements for displaying and promoting the art. Yes, I accept commission requests for commercial purposes. But, the pricing for these requests is different from personal ones. Because this way you will have the rights to sell your requested art. But please first check the "Pricing" section above. Here are the fixed base prices for commercial commission requests. 

→ Are your existing works from your gallery available for commercial rights? Can I purchase any of them and sell them in my shop as pins, stands, prints, or other merchandise? 

• Yes, I’m also open and interested in selling my existing works for commercial purposes. Please feel free to contact me for any commercial inquiries. 
• Please note that not all of my existing works in my gallery are available for commercial rights. Also, artworks created for commercial purposes upon request by an organization or individual are not available for any other commercial purposes. 

• Absolutely not. These products are only made and sold for personal purposes. Purchasing them does not grant any commercial rights. Commercial rights apply to each individual piece within the packages, not the packages themselves.

• I have a list of people who have purchased my works for commercial purposes, as well as artworks that were created specifically for commercial purposes upon request by an organization or individual. It's also important to mention that as the creator, I have the rights to sell my works however I want. But please note that I am not selling any specific work created specifically for commercial purposes upon request by an organization or individual.
