Terms of Service

✦ USAGE RIGHTS ✦

All commissions are for personal use by default unless a commercial license is purchased upfront or added after delivery.

Personal Use You may display, print, and share the artwork online for non-commercial purposes with proper credit.

Commercial Content (+40%) For any content that generates revenue — YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, sponsored posts, advertisements, or subscription-based platforms. The artwork is used within content, not sold as a product.

Commercial Merchandising (+80%) For selling physical or digital products featuring the artwork — prints, apparel, stickers, keychains, digital downloads, or in-game assets.

📌 A few things to keep in mind:

  • Promoting a product, brand, or paid service counts as commercial use
  • Usage rights cover only the agreed project — not unlimited or unrelated reuse
  • Personal-use commissions can be upgraded to commercial after delivery for an additional fee

✦ HOW TO ORDER ✦

1. Prepare your idea

The more detail you share, the smoother the process. Please include:

  • Character references (images or descriptions)
  • Pose, expression, outfit, and other visual details
  • Background preference, if any
  • Intended use (personal, monetized, or commercial)
  • Deadline, if you have one


2. Send your request

Use the commission form on this page or order through VGen — both are accepted.

3. Quote & confirmation

I'll review your request and get back to you with:

  • Final price
  • Estimated turnaround time
  • What's included

Work starts only after we've both agreed on everything.


4. Payment

Full payment is required upfront before I begin. I invoice through Wise or PayPal (and you don't need an account to pay).


5. Work process

Here's how it goes: request review → sketch → preview → adjustments if needed → final!

  • You'll be updated throughout the process and final artwork delivered after your approval.


6. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally in high resolution. Standard format is PNG; PSD is available if requested and agreed on beforehand.

✦ REVISION POLICY ✦

  • Revisions and adjustments are welcome during the sketch stage
  • Once the sketch is approved, only small fixes are possible
  • Major changes after coloring or final rendering has begun may require an additional fee

✦ REFUNDS ✦

  • No refunds once work has started
  • If I'm unable to complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued
  • I reserve the right to decline any request

✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

✔ You can:

  • Use the artwork within the scope of the purchased license
  • Post and share it online with proper credit to me

✘ You Cannot:

  • Claim the artwork as your own
  • Use a personal-use commission for commercial purposes without upgrading the license
  • Edit, resell, or redistribute the artwork beyond what was agreed
  • Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes
  • Remove or alter my signature, unless we've agreed on this beforehand

📌 Also note:

  • Commissioned artwork may appear in my portfolio and on my social media unless you request otherwise

❌ WHAT I WON'T DRAW

  • Gore, graphic violence, or fetish content
  • Nudity
  • Exaggerated anatomy
  • Mecha, vehicles, animals, or dragons
  • Furry content
  • Anything outside my style

⏳ TURNAROUND TIME

Time varies by commission type and current workload:

  • Sketches — usually faster
  • Full illustrations, merch designs, character sheets — may take longer

After sketching begins, completion typically takes 1 week to 3 months. I'll give you an estimated timeline when confirming your order.
