For creators or businesses using the artwork in content that generates revenue, such as videos, streams, advertisements, or paid posts. This includes platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, subscription-based services, and sponsored content. The artwork is used as part of content, not sold as a standalone product.

⯀ Commercial Merchandising

For businesses or individuals using the artwork to create and sell products, including digital items or physical goods. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise such as prints, apparel, stickers, keychains, digital downloads, or in-game assets. The artwork is used directly on products intended for sale.

📌 Important Clarifications

• Using artwork to promote a product, brand, or paid service counts as commercial use
• Personal-use commissions can be upgraded to commercial use after delivery with additional fees
• Usage rights apply only to the agreed project and purpose, not for unlimited or unrelated reuse

✦ HOW TO ORDER ✦

1. Prepare your idea

Please include as much detail as possible, such as:

• Character references (images or descriptions)
• Pose, expression, outfit, and other details
• Background preference (if any)
• Intended usage (personal, monetized, or commercial)
• Deadline (if you have one)

2. Contact me

Send your request via my commission form or VGen (both are accepted). If you’re unsure which option fits you, feel free to ask; I’m happy to help you choose.

3. Price confirmation

I’ll review your request and confirm:

• Final price
• Estimated turnaround time
• What’s included in your commission

and I’ll start working only after everything is fully agreed on.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required before starting (details discussed individually)
• Payments are accepted via Wise or PayPal invoices (🛈 you do not need a Wise or PayPal account to complete the payment)

5. Work process

• Review → sketch → review → adjustments (if applicable) → final product
• Final artwork delivery after approval
• You’ll be updated throughout the process.

6. Delivery

• High-resolution files are delivered digitally
• File format and size are provided based on your intended use

✦ REVISION POLICY ✦

• Revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only
• Minor adjustments are included
• Once the sketch is approved, only small corrections are possible
• No major changes after coloring or final rendering begins (major changes may require an additional fee)

✔ What You Can Do

• Use the artwork according to the purchased usage rights
• Post and share the artwork online with proper credit

✘ What You Cannot Do

• Claim the artwork as your own
• Use personal-use commissions for commercial purposes
• Edit, resell, or redistribute the artwork beyond the agreed usage
• Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes
• Remove or alter my signature (unless agreed beforehand)

📌 Additional Notes

• I reserve the right to decline any request
• Refunds are not available once work has started (if I’m unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued)
• Commissioned artwork may be used in my portfolio and social media (unless requested otherwise)

✦ DURATION & DON’TS & FAQ ✦

⏳ Turnaround Time

Turnaround time depends on the commission type and complexity:

• Sketches: usually faster
• Full illustrations, merch designs, and character sheets: may take longer

Once sketching begins, completion usually takes anywhere from about 1 week up to 1–3 months, depending on the workload.

❌ I DON’T

Gore, Nudity or fetish content, Exaggerated anatomy, Mecha or vehicles, animals, dragons, furry content. Anything excessively unusual or outside my style.

📁 What file types will I receive?

Final artwork is delivered digitally in high resolution. Common formats include:

• PNG
• PSD (if agreed beforehand)

Files are provided based on your intended usage.
